Shipping Rates for United States:

All book orders within the United States are shipped by United States Postal Service with an estimated delivery between six to ten days.  Cost of shipping is $8 for orders up to $80. Shipping is free for all orders above $80.

Shipping Rates for International:

All book orders outside the United States are shipped by United States Postal Service with an estimated delivery between ten to fourteen days.  Cost of shipping is $35 for orders up to $350. Shipping is free for all orders above $350. Customers will be responsible for any custom duties. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
